Returns and Refund
It is important to us that you are happy with your Laal Mirchi purchase. We strive hard to give you the best quality possible in the goods we deliver.
In case, you are not happy with our products they can be returned within 7 days of delivery for Food and 14 days for non-food products.
The return period counts from the day of your receipt or receipt by someone else on your behalf.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items:
Any open or damaged items
Perishable Items like Fresh Vegetables, Frozen items, etc.
Personal care items like Soap, powders, etc.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at laalmirchi.almere@gmail.com
Refunds:
We expect our customers to send us carefully packed return items.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
